Changed your address or need to amend your pass?

If you have moved you will need to inform us so that we can get in touch with you when it is time to renew your pass.

Please send a photocopy (we cannot return original documents) of your proof of address with a covering letter to:

FREEPOST, FREEDOM PASS RETURNS (no stamp is required and this is all you need to write on the envelope)

Fill out the contact form above

If the wrong name has been put on your pass we will cancel your current pass and reissue you with a replacement. Please fill out our contact form including your home address and date of birth and confirm the correct spelling of your name, or call our helpline (0300 330 1433).

As soon as we have cancelled your pass it will stop working on the readers, but you are still allowed to use it as a visual pass that you show to the ticket inspector/bus driver until you receive your new one in the post.
