What is Freedom Pass and who runs it?

Freedom Pass is a scheme that provides free travel on London's trains and buses. It's available to Londoners over the age of 66 or those with eligible disabilities.

The scheme is run by London Councils but is funded by all the 32 boroughs and the City of London Corporation. As it's funded by the London boroughs, you must live in a London borough to qualify for the scheme.
