To apply by post, please download the application form and print it out.

Please ensure you meet the age criteria first before submitting your application. 

• Complete and sign the application form
• Enclose a passport-sized colour photograph
• Enclose proof of your identity and proof of your address - SEND PHOTOCOPIES, DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINALS.
• Return in the post to:
