Disabled Person's Freedom Pass

If you have a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass that expires on 31 March 2026, the process is slightly different. Please visit Disabled persons Freedom pass renewals for more information.

London Councils will be changing Freedom Pass contractors from 1 April 2026. To ensure you receive your new pass without delays, renewal passes will be issued earlier than usual.

We kindly ask that you avoid contacting the Freedom Pass call centre between March and April 2026, as this is historically a peak period and may result in delays to receiving your renewed pass.
