You can update your address by sending one of the accepted documents listed below by email or post.
Please make sure to include your name, previous address, Freedom Pass number and Date of Birth to help us locate and update your record accurately.
Accepted Proof of Address documents:
- Current Council Tax bill, letter, or payment book
- Current Council or Housing Association rent book, statement, letter, or tenancy agreement
- Current TV Licence
- Residential utility bill, letter, or online statement printout (dated within the last 3 months)
Note: Mobile phone bills are not accepted - HM Revenue and Customs letter (dated within the last 3 months)
- Department for Work and Pensions letter (dated within the last 3 months)
- Occupational pension letter (dated within the last 3 months)
