What to do if you have lost your Freedom pass
The process is the same for both Older Person's and Disabled Person's Freedom Pass.
Unfortunately if you have lost your Freedom Pass, you will be charged £15.00 for a replacement. You can pay online or over the phone.

If you do not have a Freedom Pass account, you will need to create one.
Android device - Payment issue
If you are replacing your Freedom Pass on an Android device and experience an issue with the payment page, please follow the steps below. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.
To view the payment page correctly, switch your Chrome browser to Desktop mode:
- Open Chrome on your Android device.
- Tap the three-dot menu (…) in the top right corner.
- Select Desktop site.
- The page will reload in desktop mode.
Pay over the phone
You can pay for your replacement pass over the phone on 0300 330 1433
Please have your debit or credit card to hand. We do not accept American Express.
What happens next?
Once payment has been received and confirmed you should expect to receive your replacement Freedom Pass in the post within 10 working days.
If you do not receive your replacement pass please inform us as soon as possible. If we are not informed within 20 working days of ordering your pass it will be deemed to be lost and you will be charged for a replacement.
