What is the 60+ London Oyster Photocard? 

The 60+ Oyster pass is a travel scheme provided by the Mayor of London and Transport for London. The pass allows you to free travel on buses, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground and most National Rail services in London.

Eligibility

You are eligible for the TfL 60+ Oyster photocard if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are 60 years old or over
  • You are not yet 66 years old
  • Your sole or principal residence is in one of the 32 London Boroughs or City of London

When applying for TfL 60+ Oyster card, if you choose to NOT OPT OUT of data sharing, you will not need to re-apply for Older Person's Freedom Pass when you turn 66. Instead you will receive a letter from London Councils.
